Having a social media strategy is no longer an option when it comes to business growth.
Most overzealous marketers tend to "scream" at their customers on social media and call it marketing. While this isn't my idea of effective marketing, I do believe it's possible to use social media in more meaningful and effective ways.
It starts with understanding your audience.
Asking questions like: "What change am I trying to make in the world?" and "Who am I trying to help?" is a great start.
