New Year’s Resolutions

New Year’s Day brings with it a lot of hope and impetus.

New Beginnings. New promises. New resolutions.

But here’s the thing.

You don’t have to wait for New Year’s Day to make a resolution. You don’t have to wait till New Year‘s day to start a new habit.

You can choose to cultivate a habit on any day of the year. You can resume a (lost) habit any time.

The point is this: New Year‘s resolutions don’t usually work … unless you positively resolve to resume that habit every day.

Successful habits require an ongoing daily “resolution”.

A daily New Year’s Day resolution if you will.

What will you resolve to do today (and every other day) this year?

And why is that resolution important to you?

He suffered through a CPA in 1997 and completed it despite not liking it at all because he believed it was a valuable skill to have. He sacrificed his personality in the process. In 2004 he finished his MBA (Masters In Business Administration) from the Australian Graduate School of Management and loved it! He scored a distinction (average) and got his personality back too!
