This five-step approach I call the EPSoM framework aims to help you do exactly that.
#1 The Eisenhower Matrix: Your Strategic Arsenal
- Focus on the Important (not urgent) tasks: Because these tasks truly move the needle in your business or your life (as taught by President Dwight Eisenhower)
#2 Build repeatable systems: Your blueprint for Success
- Identify hidden opportunities for maximum impact e.g. building systems the become assets in your business.
#3 Use the Promodoro Technique to vanquish procrastination
- Use the Pomodoro technique of working in 25 minute increments with 5 minute breaks to get traction on these important (not urgent) activities.
#4 Crack the Code of the 80/20 Rule: It's fractal
- We all know that 20% of your effort delivers approx 80% of your results. But that actually goes several levels further. In this video, I explain how that works out to be 0.8% of your effort delivering 51.2% of your results.
#5 Mindfulness: The Catalyst for Excellence
